The interior of the restaurant is clean from the entrance to every corner, and just sitting down makes you feel at ease. The ingredients are focused on being natural, with no unpleasant odors and a strong umami flavor in each. In particular, the liver of the flatfish, the black throat sea perch, the surf clam, and the conger eel are memorably delicious. The fatty tuna and yellowtail are also robust, bringing happiness with every bite. It's easy to discuss your order, and while the rice is slightly larger, they can make it smaller if you prefer. Even the finishing clam miso soup is prepared with care, leaving you satisfied until the end of your meal.
