Hitsu-mabushi from Horaiken, which holds the registered trademark of Hitsu-mabushi, is the best of the best. It is a work of art. I used to hate eels, but I was able to overcome my dislike of eels after eating Hitsumabushi here. Now I leave Shinagawa on the first train to Nagoya and wait in line until the restaurant opens!
