Reservations

I have had meals with friends several times before, but there was a time when we killed time at another restaurant before going. Today, for the first time, I made a reservation and enjoyed sushi and grilled dishes at the first place, and it was delicious. At first, I was shown to a seat closest to the restroom, but I was grateful that they accommodated my request for a different seat. It's a place I would like to visit again.

The kampachi was especially good today. The tuna was also very beautifully colored and I had it as sashimi, which was good. We had sake, a la carte dishes, sushi, and a very satisfying dinner. Thank you very much.

Sushi and a la carte dishes are very good! I'm glad to see a new good restaurant in Kyobashi! The only thing is that I was not sure if the taste of the tsukidashi is vinegar, soy sauce or something that brings out the flavor of the ingredients, so I had to ask!
