The interior was a clean L-shaped counter with 9 seats, just like before. The chef had a deep and warm presence, maintaining an exquisite sense of distance. The person seated next to me seemed to be a regular, and I could feel the chef's personality. A wonderful selection of seasonal ingredients was served, showcasing the flavors of the ingredients beautifully. I loved the chef's sushi; it was not too firm and provided a sense of security when bringing it to my mouth. The three pieces from the marinated series and the clam sushi particularly left an impression on me. I also enjoyed various types of sake, and I was very satisfied. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I finally got a reservation at a famous restaurant that was requested by a friend, so I visited them for dinner. We had a course meal and all sushi and dishes were elegant and beautiful. The sayori was lightly kombu-braided and braided, which looked elegant. The braid was perfectly tightened and the umami of the sayori was concentrated and very tasty.
