The private room is calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly. The fugu course is meticulously arranged like flowers, with thinly sliced fish and grilled shirako, and you can really feel the umami and texture. The balance of ponzu and condiments is just right, making the sashimi even more delicious. The sweet shrimp, black sea urchin, whale bacon, small turban shell, local beef shabu-shabu, and crispy tempura are all satisfying. You can choose the cooking method for the whitebait, and the freshness of the ingredients comes through directly. The sake is fragrant, and the attentive service from the proprietress and the time spent watching the fugu swimming in the tank is also pleasant.
