I went to a restaurant that has just moved to a location very close to Hiroshima Station. The thin batter, similar to a crepe, is layered with crispy noodles, making it visually exciting. The slightly sweet sauce clings to the cabbage and bean sprouts, bringing happiness with every bite. When you break the egg gently placed on top, a creaminess spreads, making it fun to change the flavor. While enjoying grilled dishes and stewed meat, I sipped a sour drink with squeezed green lemon, which made the conversation flow. It's no surprise that it becomes almost full during lunchtime; this okonomiyaki is full of Hiroshima's charm.
