This shop located deep in the alley is lively from the moment you enter. You can see the skillful cooking in front of the teppan, and it's so impressive that you want to watch it continuously. The signature dish, a single piece, pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the cabbage and the savory soba. The entire dish is crispy, and mixing in plenty of green onions and a raw egg adds a delightful change in flavor. Since it is steamed thoroughly without being pressed down with a spatula, it has a nice fluffy texture. Other dishes like the tonpeiyaki are also cooked with great care, making them very appetizing.
