Chestnuts｜Eat delicious food and be happy! Obusedo in the basement of Isetan Long-established store in Nagano Prefecture Famous for its chestnut sweets, and my favorite store! However! It disappeared when the Isetan department store closed... One day, when I was wandering around the basement of Hankyu Department Store What? Obusedo is now open! It seems to have opened last September. And the product lineup is even more extensive than at Isetan! Hmm? They're selling hanabira mochi (rice cakes), aren't they? The clerk immediately said, "It's delicious because the inside is filled with chestnut starch! Most places use miso bean paste for hanabira mochi, right? If they say that, I have to buy it! I bought three kinds! Chestnut red bean paste Hanabira Mochi 378 yen It looks no different from other Hanabira Mochis around here and there. But when you squeeze half of it, you can see It's true! It's filled with chestnut red bean paste! And it's the same as the red rice cake, burdock root, and the rest! Unlike the miso bean paste, the chestnut is gentle and round!
