Here I come! The ingredients, seasoning, hospitality, dishes, the unadorned dignified yet gentle atmosphere, the selection of sake, and the price are all perfect. ARAKI" is a hideaway in Minami-Azabu, a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. A parade of seasonal fish, snacks, and dishes that go well with sake. The menu is full of everything you want to try. The quality of the sashimi and the decorative knives are excellent. The tuna is as good as you would expect in this neighborhood. The quality is triple what you would pay at a sushi restaurant. The garnish was freshly sliced egg for the bonito and thinly sliced taro for the tuna. The squid and kohada are served with green laver and wasabi soy sauce. Sweet and sticky sujiko. An impressive dish. A mountain of food! Seasonal items are bamboo shoots, white fish and rape blossoms with egg. The balance of dashi broth, soy sauce and aromatic kinome (sprouts) is wonderful. The restaurant is run by a family and a part-time worker. The beautiful mother serves customers in the form of a waitress. The son is the owner, doing backstage work while his father watches over him. The restaurant offers a wide selection of famous brands of sake at a flat rate of 970 yen per sake cup. There is also a full lineup of meats. From Iwate beef to red chicken, famous brand pork, and the thick slice of bacon we ordered this time. To top off the meal, wasabi-zuke (pickled yam with wasabi) was served. It was so delicious that we were fighting over it. We drank quite a bit, had delicious fish and one dish, and paid 10,000 yen per person. I was surprised. It was a great day to find another great restaurant. The counter is perfect for intimate drinks, while the small upstairs area with hori-tatakotatsu or table seating can be used for light entertainment. I will continue to go to this restaurant where I can show my friends around while hiding my smug face for drinks with other adults!

A famous restaurant in Minami-Azabu that is basically off-limits to the media. A restaurant that we don't want to tell you about, but we would like to. Revisited the restaurant after receiving information that Kaga's bamboo shoots had been added to the menu. Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant "Araki". The ingredients, the sake cups, and the family-run service are all perfect. The counter seating is highly recommended, where you can watch the owner prepare the dishes and have a pleasant conversation with him when he is free. There is also a small room with a horigotatsu and table seating, which can be used for light entertainment. We offer a wide variety of seasonal dishes. The sound of early summer, pike conger and corn are also on the menu. The Kaga bamboo shoots you are looking for have a lingering bitter taste from the roots, which makes the sake go down a treat. THE bamboo shoots are the opposite of Goma's freshness. Kaga is also wonderful. The season is almost over, so the freshly boiled firefly squid with leek and ginger is a standard dish, but the rock seaweed under the firefly squid is a nice addition to the dish. The flavors overlapped and the deliciousness of the firefly squid was even more pronounced. The sashimi consisted of eight kinds of sashimi. In a beautiful bowl, we had bonito, kohada, yarikasu, otoro, chutoro, king crab, nodoguro, and even unotan (sea urchin). The otoro and nodoguro are so fatty that they repel the soy sauce, so they are served with iwanori (seaweed) on top. The restaurant is good at using iwanori. The sake selection is also satisfactory, ranging from well-known brands. Spring is the season when you are in trouble because there are so many foods you like, and you can enjoy all your favorite foods at once. But it is a wonderful restaurant that I would like to visit again and again in each season.

It is a famous restaurant in Minami-Azabu. Araki" is a kappo restaurant that has won consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards, which makes it wonderful no matter how many times you go there. We invited our senpai, who was on an overseas assignment, to enjoy delicious Japanese food during his temporary return to Japan. The sashimi platter was the first thing on the table, and everyone was awestruck by its beauty that conveyed the high quality of the food. The sashimi included tuna (red and medium fatty tuna), throat black, octopus, bonito, kohada, vinegared mackerel, and whale. The only word I can think of to describe it is "wonderful. The sake lineup is also very satisfying, and the fact that you can have half a bottle by the glass is a nice touch. We ordered grilled hamo (hamo conger) with cold water, grilled shiitake mushrooms with thick meat, and sujiko, a must order here, one after another. grilled hamo, and the must-order sujiko. The bill was a little over 10,000 yen per person. Reservations are hard to come by and it is a long walk from the station, but it is definitely worth a visit.

Izakaya (Japanese style pub) with a little bit expensive because the food itself is good. Everything you eat is good, but during the winter season, you should try the blowfish albacore! However, the kitchen is staffed by one person, so you have to be prepared for a long wait when the place is crowded.
