Yakitori to Sake Tori Taku

Each skewer is carefully grilled to capture the umami, featuring classics like negima, tsukune, chicken breast, and liver, with a delightful aroma that highlights the perfect cooking for each part. Seasonal seafood is enhanced by charcoal grilling or searing, and there is a variety of small dishes and items that pair well with drinks. The selection of beverages includes seasonal sake, fragrant shochu, and refreshing highballs. Whether you're in the mood for a light drink or a leisurely meal, we cater to your feelings of the day.

The interior is centered around a counter that exudes the warmth of wood, with a gentle light spreading throughout. The aroma of skewers grilling right in front of you, the rising steam, the sound of charcoal crackling—this live experience that engages all five senses enriches your dining time. Whether it's a drink alone, a casual meal after work, or a calm dinner with someone special, we take pride in the comfort that can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings.

Since opening, we have sincerely faced the daily preparation and cooking, valuing the importance of maximizing the natural flavors of the ingredients. At the counter, where the energy of the kitchen is delivered as it is, we simply and carefully harmonize the freshly grilled deliciousness with drinks. Moving forward, we aim to be a beloved establishment in the community with pleasant service and reliable taste.
