It's exciting to see the cooking process right in front of the hot plate. It comes out sizzling hot, and it definitely whets the appetite. The okonomiyaki is loaded with green onions, and the combination of sauce and pickled ginger is outstanding. Every time I cut with the small spatula, oysters appear one after another, making me feel very luxurious. The batter is on the softer side and includes cabbage, creating a good overall balance. It's also nice that I can add aonori and mayonnaise to my liking, and I can understand why so many customers keep coming in.
