It is located in a building directly connected to the subway station, which is great because I can easily get there even on rainy days. Once inside, there are counters and tables lined up, and I can watch the skilled artisans move with precision in a calm atmosphere. The sushi I ordered for lunch captivated me from the very first piece with the subtle aroma of black vinegar in the rice and the generous toppings. In particular, the sea bream and squid were thick yet tender, and the balance of salt and condiments was exquisite, making it easy to keep eating. The rolls, inari, chawanmushi, and red miso soup were all carefully prepared, allowing me to enjoy different flavors with each dish. Thanks to the lively dining area and warm hospitality, I was able to enjoy a delightful atmosphere throughout my meal.
