Opened in June 2023 in the Daimyo area of Fukuoka. Utilizing the skills and experience cultivated in Tokyo, we are offering a new sushi culture in Fukuoka. Our chain also includes teppanyaki, making it a place where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

Mr. Yamamoto, born in Miyazaki Prefecture, aspired to become a sushi chef because of memories of a sushi restaurant he visited with his family as a child. After training in Miyazaki, he gained 18 years of experience in Tokyo, in Ginza and Roppongi, and now demonstrates those skills at his current restaurant. With the desire to delight his customers, he continues to serve heartfelt sushi, drawing on more than 20 years of experience.
