Sushi Minoshichi

We are proud of our creative sushi using local seafood. Enjoy the delicate flavors of fresh ingredients such as scallops from Hokkaido, flatfish from the Genkai Sea, and sea bream from Itoshima. The restaurant also offers a seasonal luxury menu including a special albacore and sea urchin doria and torafugu (blowfish). At dinner time, diners can enjoy a full sushi nigiri or a la carte dishes.

Sushi WEST is one of the 100 best sushi restaurants in Japan, selected in 2022. The restaurant is named after his grandfather, who and his father have been sushi chefs for three generations. The owner honed his discerning taste as a sushi chef in Tokyo before returning to his hometown of Fukuoka to open his own restaurant.
