The fluffy egg soufflé was very delicious. The portion is a bit small, so it might be just right for those with a light appetite, but it might be a little unsatisfying for those who eat a lot. The seating is spacious, and there is no rush, so you can enjoy your meal slowly and comfortably, which makes me want to go again.

I made a reservation and went. The souffle omelette, galette, millefeuille and lemon tart were all very good. The only thing I didn't like was that the bobbed-haired floor person had a grumpy look on her face the whole time we were there. The other young people were smiling. I was not satisfied with the customer service.

I visited on a Thursday night with a friend visiting from overseas. We ordered the Caesar salad and the signature souffle omelet, both of which were excellent. The omelette was a new and addictive fluffy omelette on a soufflé, and the combination of the rice and demi-glace sauce was excellent. It was never heavy and I never wanted to finish the last bite. My friend was also impressed that such a delicious omelette could be found in Japan. It didn't take long for the omelet to be served, and I would definitely like to visit again.
