Renovated and reopened famous restaurant Indian Cuisine Sitar] Kemigawa Renewal opening of Sitar. Compared to the pre-renovated restaurant, the layout has a more liberating feel, and the number of seats seems to have increased. Since reservations are not possible, there is a long line of customers both on weekdays and holidays. The waiting room was unchanged from before. This time, I visited the restaurant after 2:00 p.m., so I was happy to be able to be seated without waiting in line. On weekends, I think you will have to wait in line even if you move the time. The menu we ordered was Lunch set (2 kinds of curry, soup, naan, mango pudding) 1,250 yen I ordered the popular Butter Chicken Curry and my personal favorite, Keema Curry. The butter chicken curry was mild and consistent. It is light but leaves an aftertaste on the tongue. The keema curry is rich with vegetables and meat and goes well with naan! The naan is as big as ever. Too bad you can't customize the naan with the lunch set ‍♂️ I wish I could have had the cheese naan. This is a famous restaurant that everyone knows so well that they have a retort-pouch curry under the supervision of Sitar. The curry is as delicious as you would expect. I recommend curry lovers to visit this restaurant at least once!

A famous restaurant in Shin-Kemigawa, Chiba Prefecture. Authentic Indian cuisine by a Japanese owner. There is always a line, but it's worth the wait. The butter chicken curry, which has been popular in recent years, is refined and outstanding. Additionally, the mutton, tandoori, and rasam are all well-spiced and delicious.
