As I enter the restaurant, the enticing aroma of garlic wafts through the air, making me excited. After selecting a menu item at the ticket machine, I can immediately hear the pleasant sounds of a Chinese wok coming from the kitchen, heightening my anticipation. The bowl served, filled with plenty of ginger, has a sharp soy sauce flavor that makes the rice go down easily. The crunchy green onions and the aroma of seaweed provide a nice accent, keeping things interesting until the end. The piping hot miso soup that comes with it has a fun texture from the bean sprouts, gently resetting my palate. I also appreciate that the clean interior, primarily in black, allows for a calm dining experience whether at the counter or at a window-side table.
