Upon entering, the atmosphere is calm, and there are many regulars at the counter, making it a comfortable place. Just looking at the handmade side dishes lined up in front of me is enjoyable. The simmered fish is very impressive, and the fatty rockfish was deeply flavorful and made me happy. The sashimi was all delicious, and I even got to enjoy squid and whale sashimi. I was pleasantly surprised by the tenderness of the beef tongue, and the fried squid was crispy and fragrant. There was even a little twist with the ramen at the end, served with rare chashu, which left me satisfied until the very end.
