Entering the simple and new building, a calm atmosphere spreads, making it comfortable. The signature obanzai set features nine small bowls arranged, which is exciting just to look at. Each dish, such as the homemade rich sesame tofu and smoked mackerel potato salad, shows creativity, offering new discoveries with every bite. The yuba bowl, gently flavored with fragrant dashi, served as a comforting presence that harmonized the flavors of the obanzai. The sashimi and fresh fish tempura were also fresh, allowing you to fully enjoy the blessings of the sea as you continued eating. Even the chewy dessert was carefully made, resulting in a thoroughly satisfying lunch until the very end.
