When it comes to Nagahama, it is number one! A variety of ramen restaurants in the area Nagahama. Nagahama Ramen has been expanding into the city center. My interpretation is that Nagahama Ramen is a general term for the ramen that was born in this area. There are many Nagahama Ramen in the area. Is it natural? All of them look delicious, but the name of the restaurant was straightforward, and it came in at number one. The atmosphere inside the restaurant doesn't look like a ramen store. It's lively, though. It didn't feel like a ramen shop. But the ramen that came out was genuine Hakata ramen, or Nagahama ramen! It was delicious. The soup was tonkotsu (pork bone), which is a given! The noodles were hard! This is also a matter of course! What? Of course, I also had a double portion of noodles. I haven't been in any other Nagahama Ramen restaurants, but I really feel like this place is number one!

The original ultra-thin noodles unique to Nagahama can be enjoyed at your preferred firmness level from 'raw, al dente, firm, regular, soft.'
