This shop, located in a residential area, has a calm and soothing atmosphere that is very pleasant. Each dish showcases creativity in its presentation, with the aroma and aftertaste of the dashi being particularly impressive. The stir-fried rice with chirimen sansho, especially, surprised me with its fragrant Japanese essence and sharpness. The tempura of true sea bream, the cold dishes, and the steamed items wrapped in yuba all highlight the individual ingredients beautifully. I also enjoyed the oven-baked dish with sea snail that has a cheesy aroma, as well as the dish combining abalone and sea urchin with a rich sauce. In this tranquil setting, primarily focused on reservations, you can also enjoy the lively atmosphere of the counter while relaxing.

This is a creative Japanese restaurant located in a quiet place, and the calm atmosphere is very pleasant. The counter offers a sense of presence, allowing you to enjoy the flow of the dishes. Many dishes have a fragrant dashi aroma, and each plate impresses you. The sashimi features fish selected from various regions, making it enjoyable to compare them. The fried rice incorporating Japanese ideas and the carefully simmered meat dishes are also impressive. The selection of local sake is attractive, and it pairs well with the dishes, providing satisfaction.
