The large gate and banners at the entrance of the shop stand out, making me excited even before entering. As I step inside, there are table seats and tatami seating, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Just looking at the menu plastered all over the walls is enjoyable, with a wide variety ranging from 100% buckwheat soba to beef tongue noodles. The cold soba style dish made with Chinese noodles had a sauce that clung well, and the smooth texture was excellent. The grilled catfish rice bowl, which I tried for the first time, had a mild white fish flavor soaked in a sweet and savory sauce, making me involuntarily pick up my chopsticks. Thanks to the cheerful lady's service and the spacious parking lot, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely meal.
