I visited with my colleagues from work. The purpose of this trip to Karuizawa was this restaurant. A fusion of local ingredients and French cuisine. I enjoyed it very much. The dishes using sweetfish were particularly creative, and I liked both the fish and meat dishes as well as the others. It was a pity that I couldn't make it to dessert. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and I would like to go again. The surroundings of the restaurant are lovely, so I would like to visit again for lunch.

Continuing from last year, we visited again with our dog. The summer in Karuizawa is comfortable even on the terrace, and the atmosphere of the shop surrounded by greenery was very lovely. The lunch was reasonable and delicious, and it looked great in photos, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner. There are two tables on the terrace, and after another dog owner sat next to us, our dog started barking, which caused some inconvenience, but it is a place we would like to visit again.

My friend ordered the meat course and I ordered the fish course. I got a bite of the meat, which was very tender and juicy. The fish was a sea bream poiret with crispy skin and plump flesh, both very tasty. The hojicha blancmange for dessert was fun to look at, not too fancy, and the smell was wonderful. I would like to go back again.

I made a reservation and went. It was my first time and I couldn't find the parking lot, so I stopped by the restaurant to check it out. We were able to sit at the table with little wait. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would like to come back again!
