This is a restaurant where you can thoroughly enjoy Kyushu's red beef. The meat in the beef stew is tender, and the rich sauce clings to it, making it very satisfying. When paired with a baguette, it remains delicious until the end. The red beef bowl, when garnished with wasabi and shiso leaves, becomes refreshing and adds a nice accent. The hamburgers, with a fire performance right in front of you, are fragrant and exciting. The meat is of good quality as it is directly managed by a butcher shop, the interior is clean, and it is easy to access from Hakata Station.
