In a cozy space centered around the counter, the comfortable distance feels just right. The sashimi, including the shiny fish and tuna, is in excellent condition, and I felt that the way the white fish is aged is also very good. The firmly prepared mackerel and simmered red snapper are impressive, and their gentle flavors are soothing. The handmade care is evident from the appetizers to the soup, and you can feel the thoughtfulness in the entire meal. The nigiri has smaller rice portions, which balance well with the toppings, making it easy to continue eating until the end. There is a wide variety of sake available, and draft beer is also offered, enhancing the enjoyment of snacking while drinking.
