The interior is clean and has a calm, tasteful atmosphere. The charcoal-grilled Kyoto red chicken has a wonderful aroma, with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior that is impressive. The skewers come in a variety of types, including heart, negima, thigh, tenderloin, and tsukune, all of which allow you to savor the meat's umami. The rare cooking of the tenderloin and thigh is particularly juicy and cannot be missed. Dishes like water eggplant with chicken miso, cold stewed octopus with winter melon, and blanched Chinese cabbage are also prepared with care and provide great satisfaction. It is popular, so seats tend to fill up quickly, and making a reservation allows for a smoother experience. Additionally, being able to order a la carte at your preferred timing is a nice touch.
