The soba, tempura, and natural yam were very delicious. The dishes were stylish, and the ingredients stood out. The interior also had a lot of charm, creating a calm atmosphere, making me feel like I was on a trip. Since I am usually busy, I was healed by the delicious food and ambiance.

I recommend the "Mazemoze" cold soba (which I prefer) with several kinds of vegetable tempura & shrimp tempura artistically arranged. The soba noodles are of a "Sarakyu" (white) grade and very thin. (white) and very thin. I thought it was a little hard-boiled, which went well with the strong broth. The vegetable tempura is not hot but light, but it is much larger than it looks.

The food was delicious. Even if you make a reservation in advance online and prepare to go on the day of your visit, it is too much of a shock when you are not able to make a reservation to find out at 9:00 on the day of your visit whether or not your reservation is accepted or denied. When I actually visited the restaurant, there were a few things that didn't add up, such as the banging phone calls and the customers who had jumped in and were sitting in line waiting at the entrance.

I went there for the first time. Crispy tempura, yam, barley rice, and soba noodles were very good. The soup stock of the soba noodles was sweet and very good. I will go again.
