This is a shop where you can enjoy the work of artisans up close at a calm counter. The appetizers are diverse, and I was particularly surprised by the fresh whale sashimi, which had no unpleasant smell. The omakase nigiri is well-balanced, featuring tuna and shellfish, and each piece pairs excellently with the rice. I was pleased with the flexibility of the staff, who happily accommodated my whims, such as asking for 'hosomaki to be made uramaki.' When paired with sake, the flavors were further enhanced, and I found myself enjoying more cups than I intended. The cost-performance is also excellent, and the satisfaction of securing a reservation made the experience even more enjoyable.
