I didn't know there was such a sushi place in Shibuya! It was my first visit and it was the best sushi I have ever had! I was so impressed because I didn't know there was such a sushi restaurant in Oku-Shibuya (......) Horse mackerel from Shimane Haruko sea bream Sea bream from Ehime Sea eel with sweet sauce and yuzu salt Tachio fish with kuzu starchy sauce Mansaku no Hana (Akita Prefecture) Medium fatty tuna Toyama Shrimp Vinegared sardine Kohada Washed conger eel Iki red sea urchin from Nagasaki Boiled Clam smoked salmon pickled bonito Balls (two kinds of balls: one made of wasanbon and the other of regular balls) Miso soup with potherb mustard This restaurant is so delicious that you will want to go back again! A wonderful time at Okushibu! We went to our favorite sushi restaurant, Sushi Aizawa, which we have been to many times. As usual, the menu was omakase, but this day's lineup was so good that I fainted in agony. Rice with salmon roe Egg roe Sea bream from Ehime Red sea urchin from Iki, Nagasaki New Akuto Fish Tuna Ootoro (Big fatty tuna) from Kubka Wan, Hokkaido Hokkaido Koukaikawan Tuna Akami no Zuke (Sliced Red Tuna) Toyama Shrimp Conger eel Tiger prawn Boiled Clam Haruko sea bream Sardine grilled bonito with straw grilled and soaked sea bream from Ehime Grilled Spanish mackerel with miso simmered octopus vinegared monkfish liver egg Miso soup with potherb mustard We did not drink alcohol on this day, but we were able to have this much seasonal seafood and it was within 2,000 yen! The restaurant is located in Oku-Shibuya near NHK Hall, so you can forget the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and enjoy sushi and a wide variety of Japanese sake and other drinks at your leisure. The owner, Mr. Aizawa, is a professional and professional in customer service and talk, and I can recommend this sushi restaurant! Thanks for the food!

We were able to take pictures because it was a private party! The menu here also includes a 17-course meal for 16,500 yen. It is within 20,000 yen when you combine it with sake. It is within 20,000 yen with drinks. We also ordered an additional maki (roll) this time 😂. The temperature of the rice is warm. Also, a little bitterness? I think there was a bit of a bitter taste. It was hard. I guess there are different likes and dislikes! The conger eel as a snack was too delicious. Hirame, Shimaji, Isaki 、、、、、. . I want to eat sushi every day. LOL! . 🍣🍣🍣🍣. . . .

I was very satisfied with the food, as I was able to fall in love with the idea of wanting to eat good food in a small quantity. The dishes were all very flavorful, and I was particularly impressed with the contrast between the grilled natural eel, the large fatty tuna, and the fresh eggs and kohada (small skin). I would definitely visit again when the season changes. Also, the quantity of food was just right for me. The chef was very attentive to my layman's questions and taught me many things in depth, which was also greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
