The café-like kawadoko restaurant called "Fujiya" offers a different world of atmosphere, yet at a reasonable price, in Kibune. The cool breeze from the river, the shade of the trees, and the chirping of higurashi (Japanese cicada) make for a pleasant experience, and access from Kibune-guchi station is convenient. Reception and checkout for take-out may be a bit time-consuming, but the food, including grilled sweetfish, is delicious, and the parfait with green tea is especially worth mentioning for its elegant taste. This café, where you can enjoy your meal on the quiet terrace or on the riverbed, is definitely worth a visit as part of your Kibune stroll.

Chilled somen noodles and grilled sweetfish *11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Reservations are not accepted) *From May to September 30, you can enjoy it at the riverside. *A seating fee of 500 yen (including tax) will be charged per person for the riverside seating. *From late September, during the season of sweetfish with roe, it will be 2,000 yen (including tax). *From October to April, we can offer 'warm somen'.
