When I first ordered the stew in the lively atmosphere, the gentle flavor seeped into my body and it was the best. The grilled pork and garlic grilled giblets stood out with the savory sauce and fresh meat quality, making it impossible to stop eating. The dishes brought from the counter were all served quickly and could be enjoyed while still hot. The side menu was also abundant, and I felt that whatever I chose paired perfectly with the drinks. The staff's polite and modest service was pleasant, allowing me to enjoy my time even when it was crowded. I was delighted to be able to casually enjoy such authentic offal dishes locally, and I ended up staying longer than I intended.
