The seafood is abundant, and you can truly enjoy the flavors of the season. The sashimi is expertly selected, with the bonito, squid, amberjack, fatty tuna, and surf clam all exceptionally fresh. The cuts are beautiful and thick, and when you put them in your mouth, the umami spreads smoothly. The tempura has a light batter, enhancing the aroma of the white asparagus and bamboo shoots, making it crispy. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) has a rich dashi (broth) and a comforting, gentle flavor. The atmosphere is warm, and the service is proper, with high satisfaction from dishes like fried octopus, ankimo (monkfish liver), and steamed clams in sake.
