Ajiro's conger eel stick sushi is excellent. The conger eel is thick, grilled, and not coated with a sticky sweet sauce. The rice is covered with sesame seeds, and the more you bite into the rice, the more the flavor of the sesame seeds spreads, making it a perfect match for the conger eel. The store has a simple atmosphere with only a showcase, but the wrapping paper and bags are stylish and pleasing. The wrappers and bags are stylishly designed and would make a great souvenir or small gift.
