I had red miso udon. It has a mild and gentle sweetness, with a fragrant bonito aroma that is full of umami. The noodles are firm, making them enjoyable to chew. It contains chicken and egg, providing a sense of satisfaction. The way the green onions are cut is just right, complementing the soup well. I’m happy that I can choose to combine it with rice or tempura rice bowl, and enjoy vegetable tempura as well.
