In a quiet corner of a residential area, this is a takeout specialty shop for rice balls that can be picked up at the counter. The rice balls are gently shaped and naturally fall apart when placed in the mouth. They use Aoyaka seaweed from Ariake, which has a strong coastal aroma and a smooth texture. The rice is Koshihikari from Ibaraki, and the balance with Rokuzuke salt is very good. The fillings, including salmon, cod roe, mentaiko, and sujiko, are generously packed, providing satisfaction with each bite. Additionally, the crispy fried chicken has a pleasant aroma of ginger and garlic, and the homemade cheesecake is smooth with a mild flavor.
