Sitting at the counter, writing the order slip, and handing it to the staff is straightforward and calming. I ordered the Taiwanese mixed noodles with 1.5 servings, and when I mixed in the onsen egg, the creaminess of the yolk and the umami of the minced meat spread out all at once, which was the best. Changing the flavor halfway through with lemon peel and black pepper made the aftertaste refreshing, and I didn't get bored until the end. There is also self-service wakame soup and unlimited refills of the free-range chicken soup, which are just right for a palate cleanser. The fragrant gyoza has a crispy skin and is juicy inside, making me want to have seconds even though I usually don't eat much gyoza. To finish, mixing rice into the sauce of the mixed noodles creates a new flavor like risotto, and even when I'm full, I can't help but keep eating.
