Waiting time→No waiting time (when I came to the store at around 11:12 on Saturday) Crowding→Never full, a few seats available (Saturday between 11:12am and 1:00pm) Clientele→Many women, a few couples here and there, a few men, and there were a lot of one-person customers. Photos of the inside of the store→Posted in the previous post. ===================================== Store Information This bakery bakes carefully selected ingredients using natural yeast and the traditional French baking method. There are three stores in Osaka: this one (on the B1F of LUCUA), the Hankyu Food Hall store, and the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas store. What's great about this bakery is that there are many other specialties besides the bread: the flour is made by an original method, the butter is made by a special method with high quality butter, and the bread is made by a special method with high quality bread. The butter, in particular, seems to be produced by Snow Brand Megmilk, which uses an old-fashioned butter separator and transports it chilled from Hokkaido without freezing it once! The bread is made using the same method as that of Levain Liquid, a newly opened bakery in Namba Sky-O. The bread is fermented at a low temperature for a long time, baked thoroughly, and made with as little yeast as possible. The bread we had this time was Cafe Latte (M)☕️¥-390 You can choose hot or iced, and there are two sizes: M and L. This is one of the coffee items on the drink menu, the others are shown in the 5th photo. The entire drink menu is shown in the 5th to 7th pictures. The whole menu is shown on the 8th photo.

5/17/2018 I've known about this for a while but this is the first time I've had it! It's rare to find ramen with this much veggies in it and I'm glad I can get my veggies in😃. I hope I win the campaign I applied for!
