Chicken thick soup | Happy to eat good food! The time is 3:00 p.m. It was a very late lunch! In times like this, it's a good thing we're in a commercial facility! Where shall we go? If you are in Umeda, the hot spots right now are the food hall in the basement of Sanbangai or the basement of LUCUA! I headed to Balchika! If there wasn't a line, I decided to go there. Ginza Bonfire. Ever since Balchica opened, I've been curious about it because the lines have been long! I guess the price tag is a little high for ramen in Ginza! What kind of ramen is it? When you enter the restaurant, you place your order at the cashier counter and are shown to your seat to pay for your order. Inside the restaurant, there are L-shaped counter seats and three tables. The menu is as follows Ramen and Tsukemen are available. Ramen: Chicken Shiratsuyu, Dashi, Clam and Oyster Shio, and Soy Sauce Tsukemen has three kinds. I was very attracted by the Osaka limited edition, but I decided to try the most frequently served one. Chicken Hakubayu SOBA 950 yen and I was hungry, Buttered rice with truffle soy sauce - 280 yen! They gave me a paper apron to put on! I often get dirty, so this was a nice touch! The chicken shirato-yu soup was very concentrated and rich with the taste of chicken! It has a creaminess that is more like soup than ramen! The collagen content makes it seem a little oily. The noodles are straight, not too firm, smooth and easy to eat! The chicken chashu pork is moist and tasty! Japanese ginger and onion fries You can enjoy different flavors by adding them in the middle of the dish. It's rich, so it's nice to be able to change it up! I think I would probably get bored in the second half if I couldn't change it up! Is it cooked with butter rice butter? It lacks a bit of flavor and is hard to tell! The truffle soy sauce also had a weak aroma...it wasn't what I was expecting...I poured a little of the thick chicken white soup over it and it was delicious! For a ramen shop, the interior was clean and beautiful! The service from the waitresses was also good! There are many single women here, so you can feel at ease!
