A 3-minute walk from the west exit of Juusan Station. Private rooms available. Although it's close to the station, it may be difficult to find the shop easily on your first visit. The interior is renovated from a Japanese house over 80 years old. What awaits you after passing through the narrow passage is an extraordinary space where tradition and modernity merge. The counter is standing, and up to 13 guests can be accommodated for banquets in the tatami room.
All of our soba is 100% soba. The flavor unique to 100% soba is the best, and the smoothness is finished perfectly. We also offer rare condiments such as truffle sauce, so you can enjoy an exquisite soba experience that can only be found at our restaurant.
We offer a variety of lamb dishes such as Genghis Khan, lamb shabu, charcoal-grilled skewers, kushi katsu, and stir-fried dishes. Experience the enchanting collaboration of 100% buckwheat noodles and lamb dishes....
We offer a variety of delicacies and sake snacks, including plum jelly yam, tuna sake pickled cheese, and herring with grain mustard. We also provide pairings with the owner's selected sake.
Sake and shochu that are carefully selected with a focus solely on their compatibility with soba, delicacies, and lamb dishes. They enhance the flavor of soba to the utmost limit. For lamb dishes, we also offer rare options such as 'Spice Shochu' and 'Spice Chuhai'.
