The interior features an open kitchen with a counter and tables, allowing for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The sashimi of striped jack is plump, and when you put it in your mouth, the scent of the sea spreads. The grilled shrimp Caesar salad is fragrant and pairs well with the vegetables, making it hard to stop eating. The hot pot with eel and oysters has a rich broth, and it's delightful to have plenty of collagen. There is a wide variety of sake and shochu, which pair excellently with seafood and game. The warm hospitality is also appealing, and I believe it's a place where you can leisurely enjoy the food and drinks even if it's your first time.
