Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokai Invited by a regular customer for a private party First of all, a toast! ...but my stomach was not feeling well, so I only drank tea... The course was 18,000 yen. Ebi imo no dengaku with miso Sashimi Flounder from Shizaki with Engawa Wakayama kenkatsuo bonito ☆Grilled Mikawa flat clams with isobe ☆Hokkaido Kombumori hairy crab with homemade karasumi powder Saikyo-yaki grilled black mullet Steamed egg custard with Nanko-ume plum Mini bowl of rice topped with wild tiger globefish milt ☆Hokkaido Toi tuna nigiri with big fatty tuna Nigiri of pickled akamimi Nigiri of sea bream kombujime from Shizaki ☆Steamed seven-day aged Nagasaki sea bream Nigiri of Amakusa kohada (sea bream) Nigiri of Mikawa tiger prawn marinated in soup stock for one day Untan (sea urchin) from Akkeshi, Hokkaido with caviar from Miyazaki ☆Thickly-boiled egg ☆Nigiri of conger eel Hand-rolled sushi with freshly shaved bonito flakes and Nanko ume plum Aka-dashi soup Dessert Premium apples from Iwate Aichi Prefecture Strawberry Yumenoka Sushi rice was made with red vinegar.
