In a calm space with only a counter, it's enjoyable to be close to the craftsmen. The combination of mellow red vinegar rice and fresh toppings is exquisite, and I felt happiness with each piece. Luxurious toppings like salmon roe, sea urchin, and fatty tuna appeared one after another, making me smile involuntarily. The negitoro, which is prepared and rolled right in front of you, had an exceptional aroma and texture. The chawanmushi and snacks were also carefully made, providing a nice accent between the sushi. The warm hospitality from the chef and staff was pleasant, allowing me to leisurely enjoy my meal.
