Located in a lively alley in Noge, this is a shop with a retro atmosphere where you can casually drop in. There is a counter and round stools, making it a comfortable place to drink alone. The raw cabbage served as an appetizer comes with a garlic miso that has a unique flavor, encouraging you to keep drinking. The assorted skewers are all fragrant, with a rich sauce that never disappoints. The textures of the heart and cartilage are enjoyable, and the stewed dish is lighter and easier to eat than it looks. The fried offal is crispy and delicious, and I loved the relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger without pretension.
