Sitting at the counter, the homely atmosphere immediately makes me feel at ease. It's enjoyable that even though the owner is managing everything alone, local delicacies keep appearing one after another. The soup filled with mushrooms and the thick fried tofu from Tochigi left a lasting impression as they are unique to this place. The selection of sake is abundant, and since you can casually try it in a cup, I ended up ordering more. The charm of this place is that natural conversations arise between neighbors, allowing even first-time acquaintances to bond. The time spent leisurely drinking while watching TV was comfortable, and I ended up staying longer than planned.
