Sake Bar Rashiku is an izakaya located just a minute's walk from Nishi-Kokubunji Station, offering a tasting experience with over 30 varieties of sake. In a quiet and cozy counter-centered interior, you can slowly enjoy sake. It's exciting to be able to choose your favorite bottle from the case and encounter brands that are hard to find. The staff is knowledgeable about sake and carefully explains the compatibility with dishes, so you can feel at ease. The sashimi is beautifully presented, and the red snapper, sea urchin, and whelk were very delicious. The rock oysters, agedashi tofu, and myoga with yuzu miso were also flavors that complemented the sake, and the dishes were cute, which lifted my spirits. There is also the fun of choosing a tokkuri (sake carafe) and ochoko (sake cup), and I was able to fully enjoy a refreshing cup along with its aroma.

This is the most popular full course. It includes everything from sake appetizers to rice to finish the meal. 30 kinds of Sake are self-service and all-you-can-drink. Two types of premium sake are included. You can taste many brands of sake and find your favorite flavor! You can enjoy 60ml or 90ml of any sake from the day's lineup. Other beverages include bottled beer, sours, sweet potato and barley shochu, highballs, and soft drinks. We will pour the first glass, but please drink on your own from the second glass onward.
