The dishes are purely Japanese with a seasonal flavor, and the spring cooking of firefly squid and the smooth texture of kuzu (arrowroot) tofu with yellow soy sauce are wonderful. This restaurant is so satisfying that we were so engrossed in the dishes that we forgot to take pictures, and we would like to try the a la carte menu as well.
