The broth has a perfect richness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The soba water is cloudy white and smooth, enjoyable on its own or diluted with the broth. The seating consists only of a square counter, where patrons sit facing each other. It is evident that the place is loved by the locals, as people continuously come and go.
