The interior is elegant and refined, and from the moment you enter, your mood lifts. The beautifully cut soba has a wonderful aroma and is pleasantly smooth to eat. The dipping sauce is a crisp Kanto style, and when lightly dipped and slurped, it pairs perfectly. The tempura shrimp is impressive, with a delightful crunchy texture. The kakiage made with onions and smaller shrimp has a light batter, enhancing the sweetness of the onions and the umami of the shrimp. You can enjoy small plates of mushrooms, soba tofu, soba porridge, and even dessert, making for a highly satisfying experience.
