This is a Kyushu-style yakitori restaurant. The skin is elastic and tasty for those who know what they like. The yakitori (cucumber) is especially tasty, and I always end up having another helping. The tartar of tsukune is also mild and easy to eat. As a yakitori restaurant, there is not much variation on the menu, but I think you will be satisfied. The grilled Miyazaki Jidori Chicken Kagoyaki (grilled over charcoal) is also excellent.
