In the morning, the buffet is fun with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. I'm delighted to find local flavors like zunda mochi, sasakama, and Shiroishi ume noodles. There is a rich selection of egg dishes, grilled fish, salads, bread, yogurt, and desserts, making it hard to resist. There are also yakisoba and mapo tofu, which add an interesting variety of flavors. The roll cake made with Miyagi's rice flour and Sendai miso is delicious, leaving me satisfied until the end. I can feel the staff's attentiveness, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a calm and relaxed manner.
